An ISCB Community of Special Interest

Regulatory genomics, the study of genomic ‘control systems’, which determine how, when and where to activate the ‘blueprints’ encoded in genomes, is the topic of much research activity worldwide. The ISCB Regulatory and Systems Genomics Community of Special Interest (RegSys COSI) focuses on computational methods that are important in the study of regulation of genes and systems. An important goal of the COSI is to foster a collaborative community wherein scientists consider difficult research problems in all areas of computational regulatory and system genomics.
